Cardio Boxing Blast

A 45-minute full-body cardio boxing session that combines punching combos, footwork drills, and conditioning rounds. Burn up to 600 calories while learning real boxing technique — no experience needed, gloves provided.

Zumba & Dance Cardio

Cincinnati's most fun fitness class. Dance to infectious Latin and global rhythms while burning calories without even noticing. Joyful, liberating, and absolutely addictive — our most requested class by far.

Elite Boot Camp

Military-inspired training meets elegant execution. This 60-minute session cycles through strength stations, cardio bursts, and team challenges — pushing every participant to their personal best in a supportive, empowering environment.

Group HIIT Express

Only 30 minutes but maximum impact. Our most efficient class alternates 40-second high-intensity intervals with 20-second recovery — scientifically structured to trigger the afterburn effect and elevate metabolism for hours.

Body Sculpt & Tone

A graceful, high-rep resistance workout using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements to sculpt and tone every major muscle group. Elegant, effective, and designed for lean muscle definition.

Partner Power Session

Bring a friend and train together. Partner-based workouts amplify motivation, accountability, and fun — alternating drills, teamwork challenges, and synchronized circuits that make every session an unforgettable shared experience.
