We at Fit Body Fitness offer group training and personal training to help get you in the best shape of your life in the shortest, safest amount of time possible. We have fitness sessions for all levels and ages, and can assist clients in achieving their goals through motivational training and nutritional coaching.
Fit Body Fitness combines 3 different leading-edge fitness training styles into one, consummate and compelling group training experience for its members. We combine elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has lead to the development of 100's of different 45 minute workout experiences so you will never get bored and tired of the same workouts. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.
Fit Body Fitness is owned and operated by Jamie Spottz a Master Certified Personal Trainer who has been helping people lose fat and tone muscle for more than 20 years. He understands how hard it is to eat healthy, exercise daily and balance all life has, he battles those same obstacles every day. The reason he is successful at staying in shape is that he have a plan and a formula for success.

Assessments should ideally cover both your technical ability to perform the essential movements in the gym (squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull) as well as an appreciation of your body composition.
All qualified trainers must have a solid appreciation of nutrition and should be able to give you guidelines that will help you achieve your goals more quickly.
While some clients like to receive statistics, detail spreadsheets of the increased number of reps, and sets they've achieved, others like to leave the more numeric aspects of their fitness journeys to a PT. Goal tracking all comes down to personal preference.
