The semi-private sessions are perfect for those who desire a challenging workout under the watchful eye of a certified personal trainer. The small number of participants allow a personalized approach that enables the trainer to focus on each individual and their training needs. You may all even be doing a different workout. This provides opportunity for form and weight load adjustments, ensuring safety and proper technique guaranteeing maximum results.

Instead of counting seconds you are forced to count reps which holds you and only you accountable for each exercise forcing you to push harder each rep/round. And the variety of exercises and techniques are challenging yet achievable.

When you come on board in our Semi Private membership your receive the following: 

  • 3 Semi Private Session per week
  • Plus Admittance to Unlimited Boot Camps Sessions
  • Monthly 1 on 1 consultations and body fat monitoring
  • Unlimited Nutritional Coaching
  • Individualized programming
You receive a program that changes from workout to workout depending on your individual needs to promote optimal results.  We call this "Controlled Muscle Confussion".  We provide you with continuing nutritional support that educates you in eating for optimal health and not just a quick fad diet. Our rates are reasonable and can easily fit into your budget.  We require no contract - you pay as you go - it's that simple! !
