Top 5 Reasons Why Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp ROCKS!

 At what point in your life to do you say enough and is enough and take charge of your health?

For me, it was when I had to go to the E.R. due to heart problems and difficulty breathing all stemming from my obesity. I decided then and there it was time to change my life and get healthy. I talked to a friend at work who recommended Trisha Dehall’s fitness program: “Cincinnati Fit Body Bootcamp”. This was probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I’ve attended the her fitness program for about 3 months now and have lost nearly 50 pounds. My whole life has change for the better. So much better, that I was inspired to write an article for Trisha’s Fitness Blog.

These are the top 5 reasons why Trisha’s program ROCKS! These are no particular order:

1) Strength/Endurance – I used to be so embarrassed that I would be the only one to get winded going up a flight of stairs. I even used to hide away to catch my breath before talking to anyone. I don’t know if you have experience that feeling, but I can promise you – it is AWFUL! Now, I can run up a flight of stairs and not have to worry about getting winded. It is an incredible feeling!

2) Email Support – I realize this sounds out of place putting it on a fitness blog. But I found it to be incredibly helpful. Trisha Dehall goes above and beyond in answering all of my questions in an extremely prompt time frame. She even e-mails me with support and meal ideas. It doesn’t get much better than that!

3) Friendships – Besides the fact that the class is incredibly fun and the 45 minutes always seem to fly by, it’s by large in part, the people in the class that make it worthwhile. Everyone in the class supports each other with ideas, struggles, feedback, and motivation to get more out of your workouts. When I slack off, or procrastinate coming to workout – you can believe someone from the class will let me know (in a supportive way of course!).

4) Confidence – When I was 50 pounds heavier than what I am right now, I used to feel extremely insecure. I felt feelings of anxiety, sadness, and awful mood swings. I would often walk into a crowd and feel like I somehow didn’t belong or wasn’t measuring up compared to everyone else. This class literally changed my entire outlook. I walk into a crowd now and feel like a rockstar, full of confidence. I find myself a lot happier and much more confident. Which of course, is priceless.

5) Energy – At 25 years old, I found myself barely able to manage a 10 hour day without feeling tired. I would get depressed knowing that people twice my age or older could go out, enjoy a few drinks and manage a work life and night life at the same time. It really bothered me that I couldn’t keep up with them. Now, 50 pounds lighter, I can easily manage both a work schedule and on occasion a fun nightly schedule. What’s best however, is that I find myself being much more productive during the day and have drastically improved performance at work.

The only final thought that I have is this: If after three month’s of Cincinnati Fit Body Bootcamp I get all this, what happens when I hit the six month mark? Or even a year? I can’t wait!
